We define quality in our performance as minimizing distractions to the owner that are inherent in the construction process.  Quality performance is primarily measured in time.  Performing in strict accordance with the project schedule enables the owner to minimize the disturbance to his affairs during this process.

Project Management teams are required to collect and maintain data designed to measure their ability to perform up to and meet these standards.
